This is a long one too—just shy of two hours. I’ve included a handful of themes from this reading for you, but there’s a lot more nuance to it than what’s captured below. You’ll want to be sure to watch this one to get the full picture. Also, in case it’s useful or relevant, I recorded this reading on 2/10/2024.

Current themes on your self-forgiveness journey:

  • You’re being guided to forgive yourself for “initiating a storm” in which many parts of the life you knew are required to break apart so that you and your life can be revealed anew.

  • You’re being guided to know that the “storm” you believe you incited isn’t your fault. Rather, it’s the required crossroads to align fully with your Soul’s destined path. There’s no need to blame yourself because there was no avoiding it—if anything, you stayed where you were/are much longer and tried much harder than your Soul planned or had intended.

  • The only reason need to forgive yourself for this is because it’s your self-forgiveness that will free you to move forward unencumbered by guilt/shame. In the eyes of your Soul/the Divine, you’re already forgiven because there was never anything to forgive yourself for in the first place—you haven’t done anything wrong. You’ve simply allowed yourself to be and do exactly what you were always intended by your soul to be and do.

  • There’s a specific theme that came through around forgiving yourself for needing to let go of strict ideologies and/or religious beliefs.

  • You’re being guided to set yourself free from the opinions and judgments of others.

  • Reconnecting with the peaceful aspects of nature and being outdoors could be particularly supportive of your self-forgiveness efforts right now. ‘Forgive yourself in the forest’ was a specific insight that came through.

  • You may find that the Hawaiian forgiveness prayer of Ho’oponopono is particularly supportive right now. Anytime you notice yourself judging yourself or your actions, pause and offer the following prayer up to the Divine (silently to yourself or aloud): I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. Do this as often as you find yourself judging yourself.

  • You’re being guided to protect yourself, tighten up (or create) your self-loving boundaries, and hold firm to what you need to do in order to take care of yourself right now. If there’s any sort of emotional manipulation occurring in your home environment or relationships right now (gaslighting, shaming, blaming, minimizing your needs/wants/feelings, etc.), you’re being guided to do what you need to do to protect and shield yourself from that and to compassionately distance yourself from those who aren’t honoring or respecting your boundaries.

  • Be mindful not to over-give to others out of a sense of obligation, especially when it comes at the cost of your own well-being. Those who love you unconditionally will support you in doing what you need to do to love yourself unconditionally. Remember this. Do what you need to do to keep yourself balanced, centered, and at peace (always and especially during challenging times).
